The Purple Couch Collection yarn is custom milled from 18-micron merino wool so it is super soft and luxurious! The yarn is non-superwash and 100% sourced, milled, and hand-dyed in the U.S. It is eco-friendly and sustainable. The fingering weight is three-ply, and the DK, Worsted, Bulky, and Super Bulky are four-ply. The idea is to enjoy all that wonderful softness with great stitch definition and reduced pilling. Each hank is approx. 100 grams with Fingering at 480 yards, DK 390 yards, Worsted 230 yards, Bulky 170 yards, and Super Bulky 72 yards. The yarn is hand-dyed in all-natural dyes creating rich tonality and each hank is a little unique.
